Hi, I’m Annie, BSN, RN, owner and operator of Northwest Nurse Care. For nearly a decade, I have worked in a busy hospital with high acuity patients. Over the years, I have also worked at an OBGYN clinic, at a covid vaccine clinic, and at schools as a substitute school nurse. I have a passion for helping people while making personal connections. Through my experiences as a nurse, as a patient, and helping family members through health issues, I have seen huge gaps in our healthcare system. Hospitals and clinics continue to get busier and there is only so much they can do. More procedures are done in an outpatient setting and patients are sent home rather than recovering in the hospital. Without close monitoring and careful understanding of discharge instructions, there are increased risks of complications and suboptimal healing. This can be very overwhelming for the patient and family member. My goal is to bridge the gap and help prevent people from falling through the cracks while optimizing health and wellness.
